Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events ranging from internal team functions to client-facing presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support
Maintain event timelines and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure event success
Prepare event materials such as presentations, signage, and guest lists
Track inventory and manage setup and breakdown of event spaces
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
