Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of visa and immigration services, ensuring smooth processes. Provide high-quality and consistent experiences to employees, new hires, and managers. Consult with candidates at the pre-offer stage and strategize on visa options. Analyze monthly visa extension and green card review lists. Initiate visa and green card applications for candidates and new hires. Support export control processes. Ensure timely invoice submission, reconcile vendor invoices, and resolve discrepancies. Manage daily immigration operations and stay updated on legislative changes. Verify the accuracy of client-provided information and prepare legal documents. Consult with legal counsel on complex immigration issues. Track and manage visa and green card applications. Perform other ad hoc duties as required. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, or related field. At least 8 years of experience in corporate immigration, preferably in a multinational organization. Ability to articulate immigration matters clearly to stakeholders. Deep understanding of non-immigrant visa classifications (H-1B, F-1, TN, L-1, O-1, E-3). Strong knowledge of immigrant visa processes (PERM, I-140, AOS). Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
