Our salary starts at $40,000 per year with monthly commissions, and only goes up from there. This is a Base + Commission role paid through a W2.
OTE is $85,000/yr with the top 25% of reps earning $100,000+.

Remote Inside Sales Representative

Here is what a typical day looks like:
Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.
Accept Live Transfers from Telemarketing Team with prospects ready to talk!
Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy
Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.
Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.
Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their every day risk!
Learn every day and practice with your team.
Benefits you can expect from us
Great compensation! $40k starting salary with monthly bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $6,500.
Regular Schedule Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm CST
Vacation We start everyone with 12 days with more days added with tenure.
We invest in you $5,250 per employee per year is available for education and training.
Employee Experiences on anniversary dates.
