Professor of Information Systems Technology Join to apply for the Professor of Information Systems Technology role at State of South Carolina . Job Responsibilities: Provides instruction in Information Systems Technology, focusing on Network Systems Management and/or Computer Programming Technology. Responsibilities include curriculum development, assessment, maintenance of facilities and equipment, and managing community outreach. The position may involve teaching during the day, evening, on-campus at all campuses, and through alternative delivery methods such as internet or hybrid formats. This position is located at the Midlands Technical College Beltline Campus. Minimum and Additional Requirements: Master's degree in a computing-related discipline or related field with a concentration in computing, and at least 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of application development, web development, networking, and computing concepts, applications, and operating systems. Ability to stay current with emerging IT technologies, teach these skills, manage a classroom, and participate in college committees.
