About The Role CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated, experienced Enterprise Federal Civilian Sales Executive dedicated to enhancing global security by defending organizations against advanced threats. As a Regional Sales Manager for Federal Civilian Mid-Market Sales, you will position CrowdStrike’s endpoint security and Threat Intelligence solutions, articulate vendor strategies, and develop relationships within Federal Civilian agencies. You should be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal and external partnerships. This position is remote and should reside in the Washington DC region. What You'll Do Manage a Federal sales territory, including pipeline development, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and opportunity management. Build and maintain relationships with key Federal decision-makers across IT and executive levels to drive sales strategies and achieve targets. Develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities. Negotiate and finalize agreements to exceed revenue quotas. Identify and access decision-makers in target accounts. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to increase visibility and engagement with target accounts. Utilize Salesforce.com to capture and disseminate prospect information. What You'll Need 3-5 years of successful solution sales experience, particularly in software security or enterprise SaaS within the Federal Government. Understanding of Federal procurement processes, regulations, GSA schedules, and GWACs. Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and the competitive landscape. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with experience in target account and solution selling. Ability to build executive relationships, articulate strategies, and create demand. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel and ability to work remotely. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
