You’ll spend your day on the front lines — answering warm inbound calls from motivated home sellers, asking the right questions fast , and guiding them toward a win-win deal . You’ll track everything in our CRM, work closely with our operations team , and get paid based on performance, not politics . Position Overview:

• Work Hours: Full Time, Monday–Saturday (with flexibility for after-hours leads until 8 PM)
• Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 (performance-based earnings)
• Base Pay: $24,000 - $36,000 + Commission (Based on closed deals)

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in sales (inside or outside), especially in fast-paced environments, is preferred but not required.
• Must be driven to meet and exceed performance goals with a proven track record of competing and winning.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to take control of a conversation and close deals confidently.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies — no experience necessary for the right candidate with grit and ambition.
