General Position Summary

  Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft D365 systematic inventory control data and information.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. Active leader of the Inventory Control team
2. Report and identify sources of D365 malfunction or software issues; troubleshoot, test, and work with IT to remedy
3. Provide specialized user support services. Train and assist other members of the finance team as needed
4. Manage the coordination and resolution of D365 inventory system batch failures
5. Assist in design, testing, and project management for D365 enhancement projects
6. Heavily involved in financial reporting for the company
7. Communicate with employees at all levels of the company, including leadership within each department

Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience
2. Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
4. Ability to read and operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
5. Sitting required for up to 90% of the daily work schedule.
6. Viewing a computer screen for up to 90% of the work time.
7. Operating a computer keyboard for up to 90% of the work time.
